Detoxification is the process of clearing toxins from the body, or transforming them into harmless compounds and then excreting them. Starting anew with a clean slate frees your body up for the important functions of repair, healing, recovery, vitality and the sheer joy of being alive!

When you eat raw fruits and vegetables and drink their juice, your body will start the detoxification process! It may entail some uncomfortable side effects. As the weeks pass, your skin will become clearer, your eyes will become clearer, your brain sharper, digestion more efficient, energy levels high, an you may well regain a sense of youthful clarity. After people have completed a successful detoxification program, they look 10 to 15 years younger than their age. They have more enthusiasm, need less sleep and even arthritis symptoms disappear.
