Stephanie Colacicco is a Clinical Nutritionist with a MS in Human Nutrition, a Certified Precision Nutrition Health Coach, a Certified Advanced Reiki Practitioner and die-hard lover of fitness and all things food.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Bridgeport, a top university for integrative medicine.

For people looking deeper into their health, Stephanie combines nutrition with functional medicine to find the root cause of many health issues improving her clients’ immediate efficiency and longevity.  As an athlete herself -Stephanie understands the importance of nutrition and benefits it can have on long-term general health.

Stephanie’s expertise includes general weight loss, transformations, and inflammatory disorders. She has the experience, passion and education to help her clients practice proper nutrition that leads to sustained results.

Stephanie is dedicated to helping people achieve their wellness goals, and is particularly devoted to the encouragement and education of those who have been diagnosed as seriously or terminally ill, or who have been told that there is nothing that modern medicine can do for them. She firmly believes that natural healing has a great deal to offer these individuals, whether for relief, healing or simply empowerment in a situation that has made them feel hopeless. ​
