Easy Tips to Hit Your Daily Protein Goals


 

There seems to be a running theme with my clients struggling to hit their protein goals this week.

Here’s some easy tips to add protein into your daily macros using your favorite protein isolate.

☕️ Add it to your morning coffee

🍦Mix into your favorite ice-cream or yogurt

🥞 Add to your pancake/waffle mix/oatmeal

🥔If flavorless, add to mashed potatoes

🍔 If flavorless, add to ground beef and make a burger

⚽️Make peanut butter balls with scoop of protein

🥞 Mix with water and use as a syrup over pancakes
