Service Description

Comprehensive review of current nutrition practices (as well as fitness if applicable), discuss current goals, health concerns, review supplements & vitamins, review current medications, set up client with plan of action moving forward. A nutritional exam will be conducted. This exam includes measuring height and weight, taking your blood pressure, and measuring nutritional deficiencies. As a clinical nutritionist, I take a functional medicine approach to promote health and vitality, beyond the absence of symptoms. Available for on-site and virtual.
