Complete with a training program and mindset coaching to reach your best self. While you can be any fitness level to do this challenge, this is designed for someone with strong dedication and willpower -as you are expected to check-in twice a week and put in your hardest effort/WORK. This is a challenge for most, but incredibly rewarding with results. Program includes: *Detailed portions and nutrient timing based on your workout lifestyle to reach body composition goals. *Complete customized meal plan *Supplement, vitamin & mineral recommendations, recipes, nutritional education, tips to stay on track when eating out and social events. *Grocery shopping list *In addition, open communication via email and downloadable mobile APP as needed. *Weekly check-ins are required for proper assessment of body composition, performance, sleep, and eating changes.
