A food sensitivity kit is mailed to your home where you complete a simple finger prick collection and return to a lab with prepaid shipping. This will measure your body's immune response to 96 foods to help provide guidance on what foods may be the best to choose for an elimination diet. Once the results are received, a comprehensive review will begin. This includes an evaluation of current nutritional/lifestyle practices. Program Includes: *Customized calorie based macro-nutrient program specially designed to slowly eliminate foods that could be contributing to your chief complaints. *Detailed portions and nutrient timing based on your workout lifestyle to reach body composition goals. *Supplement, vitamin & mineral recommendations, recipes, nutritional education, tips to stay on track when eating out and social events. *Access to nutritionist via email and downloadable mobile APP as needed for your choice of one, three or six months. Weekly check-ins are required for proper assessment of sensitivities, sleep management, and eating changes. Program changes as needed to reach goals.
